PHYSICAL TESTS AND DIMENSIONS ASSESSMENTS

Physical assessments generally include test for resistance of a device (traction and elongation resistance) and physical performance (breaking strength and resistance to breakage). Dimensional check offers many advantages, such as improving the quality of productions, a significant decrease of contestations, the possibility to undertake relationships with new customers, and not least increase credibility with acquired customers.

ELECTRICAL TESTS AND ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY TESTS

Electrical tests and electromagnetic compatibility tests are used to verify that equipment is immune to external noise and does not produce signals that disturb other nearby equipment.

PHOTOMETRY TESTS

These tests allow you to measure the flow emitted by the units and detect the photometric emission distribution. Laboratories are installed in dark rooms covered with materials that limit noise amplification within the allowed limits.

  • Characterization of the light beam emitted by a lighting and / or light-signaling device (isolux curves) both on a vertical plane and on a bird’s-eye view

  • Measurement of the luminous flux emitted by light sources by using an Ulbricht sphere

  • Detection of photometric features of automotive illumination and / or signaling devices up to 25m away

  • Comparison of photometric and / or colorimetric characteristics with the requirements required by international standards

  • Measurement of the trichromatic coordinates of the light emitted, transmitted and / or reflected

  • AMECA accredited laboratory for issuing test reports of compliance of lighting and / or signaling devices for Motorcycle according to FMVSS 108 (USA)
